DoorDash offers less transparency for its Customer Support department. Basically the only thing we were able to identify is one email address. We have found it on a third-party website. You can’t contact them through a live chat and, most likely, you will have to wait for a while until you receive a comprehensive answer to your question. If you have any order problem, you can certainly contact the service, but the request may take a while to get processed.
As always, it is much better when you don’t need to request help from any service. But if you thought that DoorDash would be better than Grubhub at least with its Customer Support, then you are mistaken. Grubhub yet again takes the first place.
